Shipping & Returns
Because of the nature of our product, we need time to prepare and process your order. Generally, lead time is two week, but please check individual items for details.
We ship with Japan Post worldwide (“Standard Shipping”), and you can upgrade to EMS at additional cost. Tracking is available in all cases, but Standard Shipping does not include insurance.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
Please keep in mind that we cannot mark your order as “gift” in custom declarations, as it is illegal.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns for store credit and exchanges are accepted. Please make sure to contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ship back by 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept cancellations but please contact us at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition, or additional charges may apply.
If you would like to exchange your garment, please allow 2-3 weeks for production.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the garment.
